SafeRent Solutions discloses information regarding landlord tenant and criminal public court records about individuals. Public records are obtained from courts and law enforcement agencies in many jurisdictions. We also disclose some collection and sub-prime data.

SafeRent Solutions is also a reseller of information maintained by the three national credit reporting agencies (CRA’s): Equifax®, Experian® and TransUnion®. However, it is important to understand that information from the credit bureaus is not maintained by SafeRent Solutions.

If you are a victim of Identity Theft you can submit your security freeze block request to SafeRent Solutions via mail using the form located below to have a freeze placed on any individual record(s) affected by the Identity Theft that are within your SRS tenant screening file, if any.
